I ordered a teddy bear and balloon to be sent with it, but there was a mix-up and she got chocolates instead, but I was extremely pleased with how it was handled when we notified Netzer. Although I no longer live in Bemidji, my mother still does, and Bemidji Floral has been a part of many important events for my family over the years. This year, my mother loved the Mother's Day bouquet I sent as the weather was cold and wintry and we lost my father a year ago, so she is missing him. Last year, we ordered the flowers for my father's funeral in May from Bemidji Floral. While we really wanted sunflowers, we were told there weren't any available. However, one of the employees somehow found some lovely sunflowers, and when the flowers arrived, they were included in the arrangement. My mother, sister and I were touched by the extra effort of your staff. Thank you!!!
